Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide 100% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
For paid services:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SecurePass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data while granting us necessary rights to provide the Service.
We maintain regular backups of your data, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We provide export functionality to help you backup your data. In case of data loss, we will make reasonable efforts to restore your data from our backups.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy. You may export your data before termination. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecurePass from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SecurePass is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
